Eligibility & Account Registration

1.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on dbt888. Duplicate accounts â whether created using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities â are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, dbt888 will close all but the oldest active account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.
1.4 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. dbt888 may suspend accounts where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or inconsistent with identity verification documents.
1.5 Identity Verification
dbt888 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to:
National Identity Card (NID) or passport
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket wallet registered under your name)
Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility
2.1 Password & Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbt888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dbt888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
2.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify dbt888 immediately by contacting support@dbt888.bet. dbt888 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity during the investigation period.
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your dbt888 account or any balance held within it to any other person. Attempts to transfer accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances.
Security Tip: Use a unique, strong password for your dbt888 account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately from your account settings and contact support@dbt888.bet.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
dbt888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (ā§ŗ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ā§ŗ200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ā§ŗ500.
3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dbt888 wallet balance within minutes. Bank card transactions may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. dbt888 does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dbt888 accepts no responsibility.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1â5 business days. dbt888 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
3.4 Own Funds & Payment Method Ownership
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods owned by a third party is strictly prohibited. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
3.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions
dbt888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, dbt888 will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter through the support channel at support@dbt888.bet before any permanent action is taken.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dbt888 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of each individual offer before opting in.
4.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the dbt888 welcome bonus up to ā§ŗ20,000. Seasonal promotions â including those tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural occasions â are time-limited offers and may not be available after their stated expiry date.

Betting, Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Placing Wagers
All bets and game sessions on dbt888 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation, including the selection, stake amount, and odds. dbt888 will not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of manifest technical error on the part of dbt888.
5.2 Void Bets

8.3 Maximum Liability

10.2 Account Closure by Player

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Accounts subject to an active investigation or a pending withdrawal dispute may not be closed until the matter is resolved.
10.3 Account Closure by dbt888
dbt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward support staff, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk. Where an account is closed by dbt888 for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited and withdrawal requests may be withheld pending investigation.
